What does Lagos mean to you? For Lagosians and non-Lagosians, different answers surface. For the diverse group of artists behind this part-animated-documentary-short. Lagos can be seen and perhaps better understood through the quality and presence of water. Our guide is Osan Marine, a popular boatman servicing the route to the city’s most popular beaches on Tarkwa Bay. The film honours the figure of a water goddess as metaphysical being and material manifestation of movement in the city.
