This year, ART X Live! drew from the Mangrove Tree, a powerful symbol of resilience, adaptability, and interconnected roots. Our musical thread, "From the Roots," celebrated the connections that nourish creativity, from the unseen foundations to the branches that reach the world.

The 2025 edition honored artists whose journeys reflect growth from local stages to broader recognition, embodying the idea of being deeply rooted while branching out to new audiences. Performances wove tradition with innovation, offering audiences a sonic experience that showcased the richness of African musical heritage and its evolving global voice.

Through "From the Roots," we paid tribute to the networks and relationships that sustain artistic growth. It was not just a reflection on where we come from; it was a celebration of how far we can go when creativity is rooted in culture, community, and connection.
