  • Manage bookings, vendor coordination, budgets, and schedules for visiting guests, artists, and contributors. Prepare detailed itineraries, handle logistics for fair activations, and ensure all operational requirements are met
  • Build and maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and shared documentation. Ensure information is centralized and accessible to all team members, enabling seamless handoffs and continuity during periods of leave or shifting priorities
  • Handle curatorial-related administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, contracting, and compliance. Prepare drafts of post-mortem reports and recommendations for process improvement
  • Assist with the production of interpretive texts, exhibition labels, and digital content. Support basic layout and design coordination (InDesign, Canva) as needed
  • Act as a bridge between the Curatorial department, and the Events, Communications, Design, and other departments. Communicate timelines, creative requirements, and status updates to ensure alignment and reduce silos
  • Stay current with best practices in exhibition logistics and project management. Contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and improving the curatorial team's efficiency
  • Other tasks and duties assigned by the Curatorial Production Lead.
